摘要 "燃烧热测定"是高等学校化学及有关专业必修的一个重要物理化学教学实验。实验中利用氧弹式量热计对样品的燃烧热进行测定,在实际实验教学过程中,存在着点火成功率低等问题,延长了规定的实验时间,降低学生对实验的兴趣。本文设计一种特殊圆形垫片,进行压片前,垫片安置在压片机钢模底部,从而有效避免点火丝的压断或损害,将实验点火成功率提高到97%、保证实验规定时间内完成。 The" determination of the heat of combustion" is one of the important experiments of physical chemis- try for the chemistry and related majors in the college. The samples'heat of combustion was determined by a bomb cal- orimeter. There have many problems like as low success rate of ignition in the experimental course, which will in- crease the time of experimental course, and reduce the students" interest in doing experiment. We have developed a special steel cylinder pad for improvement of the ignition success rate. The cylinder pad is placed in the bottom of the tablet press machine" mould before the pressing of sample. The cylinder pad was protect the ignition wire during the procedure of tablet pressing, therefore, the success rate of ignition in the determination of the heat of combustion" is increased to 97% , and the time of experimental course is much decreased.
