摘要
目的:建立藏药二十五味珊瑚丸中β-细辛醚的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用Waters XSELECT CSH C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(56∶44)为流动相,流速为1.0m L/min,检测波长为254nm,柱温为35℃。结果:β-细辛醚在0.9926~2.9778μg范围内线性良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.27%,RSD为1.1%。结论:该方法准确、可靠、快速、灵敏,可用于藏药二十五味珊瑚丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish a UPLC determination method forβ-asarone in Ershiwuwei Shanhu Pills.Methods The chro-matogram column was Waters Xselect CSH C18 (4.6mm ×250mm,5μm),the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (20∶80) and the flow rate was 1 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 254nm and the column temperature was 35℃.Results The linear range ofβ-asarone was 0.4963 ~2.9778μg,r=0.9999.The average recovery rate was 99.27%,RSD% =1.1%.Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable,fast,sensitive,and suitable for quality control of Tibet traditional medicine Ershiwuwei Shanhu Pills.
