摘要
目的：确定妇宁袋泡剂的制备工艺。方法：以出粉率为指标优选粉碎工艺,以总黄酮含量和出膏率为指标,采用正交实验法对其水提取工艺进行优选,并对其成型工艺进行研究。结果：其中益母草、紫草部分药材打粉,其余药材采用水提取工艺,最佳工艺为提取3次,第1次加水8倍水,第2、3次分别加水6倍水,每次提取40min。浓缩液的相对密度为1.09~1.11（60℃）的浸膏,并吸收到药材粗末中,经干燥,分装入滤袋中即得。结论：优选的提取工艺稳定可行,选择的制备工艺有效,可适应医疗机构制剂生产的需求。
Objective To determine the preparation of Funing Tea -bag.Methods Indicators flour was preferred crushing process,based on the total flavonoid content and dry extract yielding rate was indexes orthogonal experimental method for water extrac-tion process were optimized,and study its molding process.Results part of wherein motherwort and comfrey herbs were crushed into fine powder,remaining medicinal herbs use water extraction process,the optimum is extracted three times,first time add water 8 times of water,second and third time add water 6 times,each for 40min.Concentrate relative density of 1.09~1.1 1 （60℃）of the extract, and completely absorbed into the medicinal powder,dried and points it in the bag.Conclusion The preferred extraction process is sta-ble,selected preparation process is effective,it can meet the production needs of the hospital preparations.
