摘要
目的:比较野葛和粉葛清除DPPH自由基的活性。方法:分别用乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、氯仿和石油醚对野葛及粉葛药材进行提取,DPPH法测定抗氧化活性并计算IC50。结果:野葛乙醇、丙酮和乙酸乙酯提取物清除DPPH自由基的IC50值分别是2.6334、17.5689、42.1171mg/m L(生药),氯仿和石油醚提取物200mg/m L(生药)浓度时DPPH自由基清除率分别为18.03%、9.48%。粉葛乙醇提取物清除DPPH自由基的IC50值是12.4629mg/m L(生药),而丙酮、乙酸乙酯、氯仿和石油醚提取物200mg/m L(生药)浓度时对DPPH自由基清除率分别为45.97%、15.03%、10.82%、7.65%。结论:野葛和粉葛各溶剂提取物均具有不同程度的清除DPPH自由基的活性,活性大小顺序均为:乙醇提取物>丙酮提取物>乙酸乙酯提取物>氯仿提取物>石油醚提取物,相同溶剂的提取物野葛清除DPPH自由基的活性较粉葛强。
Objective Comparative studies on scavenging activity of DPPH free radicals of Pueraria lobata and Pueraria thomso-nii.Methods Pueraria lobata and Pueraria thomsonii were extracted by ethanol,acetone,ethyl acetate,chloroform and petroleum e-ther,and the antioxidant activity was evaluated by scavenging activity of DPPH free radicals.Results The IC50 of the ethanol,ace-tone and ethyl acetate extracts of Pueraria lobata was 2.6334,17.5689,42.1171mg/mL (crude drug)respectively,and the rate of DPPH free radicals scavenging of chloroform and petroleum ether extracts at the concentration of 200mg/mL (crude drug) was 18.03%,9.48% respectively.The IC50 of the ethanol extracts of Pueraria thomsonii was 12.4629mg/mL (crude drug),and the rate of DPPH free radicals scavenging of acetone,ethyl acetate,chloroform and petroleum ether extracts at the concentration of 200mg/mL (crude drug)was 45.97%,15.03%,10.82%and 7.65%respectively.Conclusion All the extracts of Pueraria lobata and Pueraria thomsonii exhibited scavenging activity of DPPH free radicals,and the sequence of the activity was of ethanol extracts〉acetone extracts〉ethyl acetate extracts〉chloroform extracts〉petroleum ether extracts,and the scavenging activity of DPPH free radi-cals of Pueraria lobata was better than Pueraria thomsonii.
