摘要
目的建立同时测定人参养荣丸中芍药苷、阿魏酸、橙皮苷的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为固定相AgilentC18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(等度洗脱),流速1.0mL/min,柱温30℃,芍药苷、阿魏酸和橙皮苷检测波长为230nm。结果进样量芍药苷在0.108。2.160μg(r=0.9996)范围内、阿魏酸在0.014~0.280gg(r=0.9999)范围内、橙皮苷在0.349~6.980μg(r:0.9999)范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,加样回收率分别为98.86%,97.35%和98.72%,RSD分别为0.62%,1·16%和1.02%(n=6)。结论该法简便稳定,准确度可靠,可用于人参养荣丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of paeoniflorin, ferulic acid and hes- peridin in Reshen YangRong Pills. Methods The chromatographic separation of methanolic extract of ReShen YangRong Pills was per- formed on Global-C18 column(150 mm×4.6mm, 5μm) in a gradient elution using a mixture of aeetonitrile and 0. 1% phosphoric as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was maintained at 30℃. The detection wavelength of paeoniflorin, ferulic acid and hesperidin was set up at 230 nm. Results The linear range was 0. 108-2. 160μg( r=0. 999 6) for paeoniflorin, 0. 014 -0. 280μg( r =0. 999 9)for ferulic acid and 0. 349 -6. 980μg( r=0. 999 9)for hesperidin. The average recoveries were 98.86% for paeoniflorin with RSD =0.62% (n =6), 97.35% for ferulie acid with RSD = 1.16% (n =6), and 98.72% for hes-peridin with 1.02% (n =6), respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and convenient, reliable and accurate, it can be utilized as a quality control method for ReShen YangRong Pills.
