利用光纤导入的组织内光动力疗法治疗45例面部中-重度痤疮 被引量:3

摘要 目的 观察5-氨基酮戊酸(ALA)光纤导入红光组织内照射治疗45例面部中-重度痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法 面部中-重度痤疮患者45例,予ALA光纤导入红光于痤疮皮损部位进行组织内照射,每次5 min,每7~10天治疗一次,共6次;在第4次、第6次治疗后及治疗完成后的第4、8、16周进行疗效判断,并记录治疗时及治疗后不良反应的发生情况。结果 共44例完成治疗,1例因色素沉着退出试验。第4次、第6次治疗后及治疗结束后随访的第4、8、16周,有效率分别为86.4%、90.9%、88.6%、88.6%及86.4%;治疗时不良反应发生总数110次,治疗后不良反应发生总数123次。结论 ALA光纤导入红光组织内照射是一种治疗面部中-重度痤疮疗效理想,不良反应轻微的新方法。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of optical fiber irradiation 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) photodynamic therapy for treatment of 45 patients with facial moderate to severe acne. Methods We used an intra-tissue irradiation- importing red light directly into the target lesion with optical fiber to treat 45 patients with facial moderate to severe acne. Each treatment lasted 5 rain. All patients received irradiation every 7 to 10 days for a total of 6 irradiations. Treatment effects and adverse reactions were recorded after the 4th and 6th irradiation, and at 4,8 and 16 weeks after the entire treatment. Results Forty-four patients completed the treatment and 1 case existed because of the heavy pigmentation. After the 4th and 6th irradiation and at 4,8 and 16 weeks, efficiencies were 86.4% ,90. 9% ,88.6% ,88.6% and 86. 4% ,respectively. There were 110 adverse reactions recorded during treatment and there were 123 adverse reactions recorded after the treatment. Conclusion The optical fiber irradiation 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy is a relatively safe and effective new method for moderate to severe acne.
