摘要
破碎围岩巷道是煤矿安全生产的重大隐患之一,而注浆是破碎巷道加固的主要手段,注浆工艺的适应性对于煤矿安全生产具有重要意义。针对实验巷道极破碎围岩锚杆(索)孔成孔困难、锚固效果差等问题,采取不同的注浆工艺对巷道破碎围岩进行分区加固,并对注浆后围岩变形进行观测。观测结果表明:XV1101巷注浆加固完成后,巷道两帮变形和顶底板的移近量均比较小,两帮移近量最大72 mm,底鼓量最大为166 mm;XV1102巷注浆加固完成后,两帮移近量最大55 mm,底鼓量最大为46 mm,变形量更小。实验所提出新型注浆加固工艺对破碎巷道的加固效果较好,新的注浆工艺和注浆锚杆(索)有效地控制了巷道变形。
The roadway with fractured surrounding rock is one of the major hidden dangers in coal mine production. Grouting is the primary measure of reinforcement for the roadways with fractured surrounding rock. The adaptability of grouting process is of importance to the safety production of coal mines. For the problems such as difficulty in formation of anchor holes in fractured rock and poor anchoring effect in roadways with fractured surrounding rock of experimental mine,different grouting technologies were studied for reinforcement of fractured surrounding rock roadways,and deformation of surrounding rock was measured. The results show that after the grouting reinforcement,the convergences of roof-floor and rib-sides of XV1101 roadway are relatively small,which are 166 mm and 72 mm,respectively,and convergences of roof-floor and rib-sides of XV1102 roadway are even smaller after the grouting reinforcement,which are 46 mm for roof-floor and 55 mm for rib-sides. Proposed new grouting technology has a better effect on reinforcement of roadways with fractured surrounding rock,which can effectively control the deformation of roadways.
