摘要
针对渤海NB35-2油田存在原油黏度大、油层薄、热采增效低等特点,通过分析不同乳化降黏剂对渤海NB35-2油田稠油的乳化效果,筛选适用于渤海NB35-2油田稠油降黏剂。结果表明,室内筛选得到的降黏剂为非离子型降黏剂HJ-3,在室温(24℃)和油藏温度(250℃)条件下均具有较好的降黏效果;降黏剂的用量为0.1%时,降黏率达到最高值99.08%,油水质量比为3∶7。
In consideration of the characteristics of large crude oil viscosity,thin oil layer and low thermal recovery efficiency,etc. of Bohai NB35-2 Oilfield,some viscous crude oil viscosity reducers suitable for use in Bohai NB35-2 Oilfield were selected by analyzing the emulsification effects of different emulsifiers and viscosity reducers on the viscous crude oil produced in Bohai NB35-2 Oilfield. The results of study have shown that the optimum viscosity reducer identified through laboratory study was HJ-3,which exhibited good viscosity reduction effect at both the room temperature( 24 ℃) and the temperature of oil reservoir( 250 ℃),and that when the amount of the viscosity reducer used is 0. 1%,the viscosity reduction percent can reach as high as99. 08% and the mass ratio of oil to water is 3: 7.
