摘要
近年来,长链非编码RNA ( long noncoding RNA, LncRNA)在肿瘤发生发展中发挥的关键作用受到研究人员的重点关注。在众多致癌性LncRNAs中,一种名为尿路上皮癌抗原1( urothelial cancer associ-ated 1, UCA1)的LncRNA在促进肿瘤细胞的生长增殖、侵袭转移、化疗药物耐药等多种恶性表型方面发挥重要的功能。然而,目前对UCA1的研究仍处于初级阶段, UCA1促进肿瘤细胞多种恶性表型背后的具体分子机制尚不十分明确。文章对UCA1的不同亚型、 UCA1在不同肿瘤中的表达情况、 UCA1的生物学功能以及具体的分子调控机制进行了总结。
Long non-coding RNAs ( LncRNAs) have been a study of interest recent years as they play critical roles in tumorigenesis.Among the many tumorigenic lncRNAs, urothelial cancer associated 1 ( UCA1 ) is found to be involved in cancer cell proliferation, invasion, metastasis, and chemotherapy resistance, etc.However, the research on UCA1 remains in its infancy, and the molecular mechanisms underlying the tumor-promoting activity of UCA1 are largely unknown.Here, we review recent research advances in UCA1 and discuss its expression profiling, isoforms, expres-sion regulation, biological function and molecular regulation mechanism.
