摘要
船用海水泵在工作时产生的振动噪声较大,会影响泵使用性能及危害工作人员身体健康。选择泵体、转子系统、隔离套以及外转子作为分析对象,采用有限元分析方法,利用ANSYS软件对其进行模态分析。通过模态分析得到泵的各个主要零部件的固有频率及振型。对比工作中可能产生的振动频率,确认了泵的系统产生共振的可能性非常小,保证了海水泵工作时的安全性与可靠性。海水泵的模态分析方法为后续进行泵的动力学分析及优化设计提供了参考依据。
Marine seawater hydraulic pump produces larger vibration and noise when it is working, which affects performance of the pumps and harms health of body and mind of the workers. The pump body, rotor system, outer rotor and shaft sleeve were chosen as analysis object, using the finite element method and ANSYS on the modal analysis. Comparing the natural frequency and vibration shape of the parts of the seawater hydraulic pump obtained by modal analysis with vibration frequency produced when it is working. It was verified that pump system had little possibility causing resonance, ensuring the security and reliability of seawater hydraulic pump when it was working. Modal analysis of the pump provided referential basis for the dynamics analysis and optimization design.
