支护强度对浅埋综放面矿压显现影响模拟研究 被引量:1

Numerical Simulation Research on Effect of Support Strength on Strata Pressure Behaviors in Shallow Buried Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Mining Face

摘要 为了解浅埋煤层条件下综放工作面的矿压显现特征,以布尔台煤矿42104综放工作面为研究对象,采用数值模拟的研究方法对不同支护强度下工作面矿压显现特征进行对比分析。研究结果表明:随着工作面支架支护强度的逐步增加,煤壁片帮值和顶板下沉量逐渐减小;支护强度达到1.5 MPa时,片帮值为447 mm,顶板下沉量为278 mm,可以达到综放工作面煤壁和顶板控制要求。 In order to understand the mine strata pressure features of fully mechanized top 'coal caving mining with a shallow mining depth ,taking the No.42104 fully mechanized top Coal caving mining face of Buertai mine as the research object, using the numerical simulation method to analyze strata pressure features with different support strength. The results showed: the coal wall value and roof subsidence gradually decrease with the increase of the support strength; when the support strength reached 1.5 MPa,the coal wall value was 447 mm,and the roof subsidence quantity was 278 mm,which could meet the requirements of coal wall and roof control in fully mechanized top coal caving mining face.
