摘要
知识经济时代,知识作为重要的组织资源,逐渐成为组织获得竞争优势的关键。知识分享作为知识管理的关键环节,也得到越来越多的关注。本文归纳了知识分享研究的理论基础,总结了个体、团队、组织等不同层次的知识分享研究,并系统梳理了知识分享的前因和结果。在此基础上,我们进一步明确知识分享未来研究的方向,具有一定的理论意义。
In an era of knowledge economy, knowledge is an important organizational resource and gradually becomes the key factors that foster organizational competitive advantage. Knowledge sharing as an important component of knowledge management has gained more and more attention. This article summarizes the theoretical foundation of knowledge sharing research, sums up the knowledge sharing research of different levels, including individual level, team level and organizational level, and lists the antecedents and outcomes of knowledge sharing. Above all, we further conclude the future direction of knowledge sharing research.
