摘要
为了探究多次冻融条件下,橡胶沥青混合料性能指标的变化是否呈现规律性,根据以往的研究成果,选取合适的冻融方法和混合料配合比,通过试验研究了冻融循环对橡胶沥青混合料性能的影响规律。结果表明:橡胶沥青混合料的性能受冻融循环及冻融循环次数的影响较为明显,变化幅度较大。随着冻融循环次数增加,混合料的劈裂强度、劲度模量指标呈现出明显的减小趋势,而拉伸应变指标呈现出明显的增大趋势;以抗冻性为主的沥青混合料的配合比不宜选用低油石比、大空隙率的橡胶沥青混合料,混合料的空隙率在3.5%~5.0%范围抗冻融性能最优。
To explore the properties changing law of the rubber asphalt mixture under freeze-thaw condition, based on the results of previous research, this paper selected appropriate freeze-thaw method and mixture mix proportion, studied the influence rule of freeze-thaw cycles on rubber asphalt mixture properties through indoor test. The results showed that: the freeze-thaw cycles had a large effect on the mixture properties, the splitting strength and stiffness modulus decreased with the number of freeze-thaw cycles increases, conversely the tensile strain increased with the number of freeze-thaw cycles increases. The mixture mix proportion should not choose lower asphalt-aggregate ratio and larger void ratio for frost- resistance purpose, the frost-resistance property of the mixture with the void ratio range from 3.5% to 5.0% is optimal.
