摘要 针对溶媒法生产羧甲基纤维素而产生的高盐、高COD有机废水,利用蒸发浓缩结晶技术与络合萃取结合的方法,研究了其废水处理的工艺,不仅有效提取了废水中的氯化钠及氯乙酸产品,做到变废为宝,同时也达到了废水回用零排放的目的。 The wastewater comes from the production process of carboxymethyl cellulose solven method. The wastewater belongs to high salt and high COD organic wastewater. Two aspects to study the process of its wastewater treatment. The first one is evaporation-concentration,and the other is extraction. And could get sodium chloride products and chloroacetic acid products. Treatment water is also recycled to product process.
