摘要
以亚硫酸氢钠(SBS)为磺化剂,环氧氯丙烷(ECH)为原料,在水相环境中制备3-氯-2-羟丙基磺酸钠(CHPS),探讨了反应过程溶剂水的含量、反应时间、反应温度及反应物的摩尔比对产率的影响。优化工艺条件为溶剂水含量80 g,反应时间4.0 h,反应温度70℃,n(SBS)/n(ECH)=1.1,在该条件下ECH的转化率为98.4%,得到产品的纯度为92.3%。研究了其水解作用和溶解性,并通过红外光谱、核磁对产物进行了结构表征。
Sodium 3-chloro-2-hydroxy propanesulfate( CHPS) was synthesized with sodium bisulfite( SBS) and epichlorohydrin( ECH) in aqueous environment. The effect of dosage of solvent water,reaction time,reaction temperature and molar ratio of sodium bisulfite to epichlorohydrin on the conversion rate of epichlorohydrin was investigated. The optimum conditions were shown as follows: the dosage of solvent water was 80 g,the reaction time was 4. 0 h,the reaction temperature was 70 ℃,n( SBS) / n( ECH)= 1. 1. The conversion rate of epichlorohydrin was 98. 4% and the purity of the product was 92. 3%. The active hydrolysis and the solubility of the product were also be studied. The structure of 3-chloro-2-hydroxy propanesulfate was characterized by IR spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance.
