摘要
李瑞教授临床应用深刺期门穴治疗抑郁症,疗效显著。文章结合李瑞教授对抑郁症的辨证认识,分析了本病的复杂病机及其变化,明确了肝气失畅这一关键环节及治疗要点。并根据期门穴的穴位特性及功效主治,探讨了期门穴的作用特点,介绍了运用本穴的理论依据。进而详述了李瑞教授深刺期门穴治疗抑郁症的临床经验,归纳了相关操作技术与要点,并结合验案一则对有关临床经验进行了简要说明。同时结合既有研究,初步讨论了深刺期门穴的安全性问题。
Deep needling Qimen（LR14） which is used in treatment to depression by professor LI Rui obtains a satisfactory effect.Combining with the understanding on syndrome differentiation of depression,the article analyzed the complicated pathogenesis and its changes in depression and also made clear that stagnation of liver qi was the key point to depression and its treatment.Theoretical basis for using Qimen（LR14） and its characteristic was debated according to specificity and ei cacy of Qimen point.Then the article amplified of professor LI Rui＇s experience in treating depression by deep needling Qimen（LR14） and technical points of deep needling.A proved case was attached in order to further explain the clinical experience.Security problem of deep needling Qimen（LR14） was also be discussed based on reported results.
