摘要
目的:改进复方珊瑚姜溶液尿素咪康唑软膏复合制剂中水杨酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂的色谱柱,以甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(60∶40)为流动相,流速1.0 m L/min,检测波长为305 nm,柱温25℃。结果:水杨酸在(0.0619 g^0.0746 g)范围内线性关系良好(R=1),方法回收率为101.12%(RSD=1.51%)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于该制剂中水杨酸的定量测定。
Objective: To improve the content determination method of salicylic acid in compound coral miconazole ginger solution urea ointment compound preparation. Methods: Octadecyl silane bonded silica was used as the chromatographic column of filler, 0. 4% phosphoric acid with methanol solution (60:40) as mobile phase with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength of 305 nm and column temperature of 25℃. Methods: the salicylic acid in the range of 0. 0619g-0. 0746g had good linear relationship (r = 1 ) and the recovery rate was 101.12% (RSD = 1.51% ). Conclusion: the method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can be used for the determination of salicylic acid in the preparation.
