摘要
目的探讨分析血清肌钙蛋白T（cTnT）、心肌酶及白介素-6（IL-6）联合检测对慢性心衰患者的作用。方法2014年3月～2016年3月期间，于我院选取56例慢性心衰患者作为研究组，同期再选取56例健康体检者作为对照组，均行cTnT、心肌酶及IL-6联合检测，分析其临床作用。结果研究组cTnT、CK、CK—MB、AST、LDH及IL-6水平明显高于对照组，差异比较有显著统计学意义（P〈0．05）。并且，在cTnT、IL-6检测指标方面，NYHA心功能Ⅲ级与Ⅳ级患者异常检出率均较高，后者略高于前者，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；而在心肌酶检测指标方面，NYHA心功能Ⅲ级与Ⅳ级患者异常检出率均较低，后者明显高于前者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论与正常健康人相比较，慢性心衰患者cTnT、心肌酶及IL-6水平明显增高，且随着心功能等级的严重程度而增加，这对其临床诊治有着十分重要的指导作用。
Objective To explore the effect of serum cardiac troponin T （cTnT）, myocardial enzymes and interleukin -6 （IL-6） in joint detection of chronic heart failure. Methods 56 cases of patients with chronic heart failure cured in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected as study group, and 56 cases of healthy examine person in the same period were selected as control group. The joint detection of serum cardiac troponin T （cTnT）, myocardial enzymes and interleukin-6 （IL-6） was used in the two groups, clinical effect was analyzed. Results cTnT,CK, CK- MB, AST, LDH and IL-6 level of study group were significantly higher than those of control group, and differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.In the detection indicators of cTnT and IL-6, abnormal detection rate of patients with NYHA cardiac function grade III and IV was high, the latter was slightly higher than the former,but there was no obvious difference （P 〉 0.05）.In the detection indicators of myocardial enzymes, abnormal detection rate of patients with NYHA cardiac function grade III and IV was low, the latter was significantly higher than the former, but there was obvious difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with normal healthy people,serum cardiac troponin T （cTnT）, myocardial enzymes and interleukin-6 （IL-6） of patients with chronic heart failure are significantly increased. And it is increased with the severity of the heart function grade. This has a very important guiding role in the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
