摘要
随着对城市可持续发展和城市品质的关注,作为改善城市环境品质与消减热岛效应的重要途径的通风廊道规划建设逐步走进人们的视野。以安庆市中心城区为例,借助PHOENICS软件中的FLAIR模块,运用流体动力学分析方法对研究范围的通风廊道采取"城区—分区"的研究思路进行分类研究。城区层面,识别出通风口地区和一二级风道,并将通风口地区划分为建设用地区和非建设用地区,分别提出相应的管控策略。分区层面,进一步识别出三级风道。对应新、老城区需要解决的实际问题,采取差异化的研究思路:老城区以"改善现有的通风环境"为目标,针对通风环境较差的地区,提出近远期不同的改善策略,简称为"亡羊补牢"。新城区以"保障未来形成良好的通风环境"为目标,针对识别出的一二三级风道沿线地区,从宽度、建筑密度、阻风率、高宽比和开放度等方面提出控制指标要求及规划策略,总结为"未雨绸缪"。通过探索针对城市内部不同地区的差异化通风对策,以期对今后其他地区城市通风廊道的规划研究提供参考。
With the increasing concerns about sustainable urban development and city quality, the planning and construction of ventilation corridor, which is a major method for the improvement of urban environment quality and reducing heat island effect, gradually attracts people's attention. With a case study on the central urban area of Anqing and by applying the analytical method of computational fluid dynamics in PHOENICS, we conduct a study on categorization of ventilation corridors based on the "city - district" pattern. At the city level, we define the ventilation area and the first- and second-level ventilation corridors before dividing the ventilation area into construction and non- construction areas. At the district level, we further define the third-level ventilation corridor. To solve the practical ventilation problems in either old or new city area, we use different study methods. For the old city area, the goal is to "improve current ventilation environment", so we propose short- term and long-term improvement strategies for areas with poor ventilation conditions, which can be summarized as "never too late to mend". And for the new city area, the goal is to "guarantee good ventilation environment in the future", so we propose control index requirements from aspects including width, direction, building density, etc., and related planning strategies for area along the second- and third-level ventilation corridors, which can be summarized as "take precautions before it is too late". By exploring different ventilation countermeasures for different areas in city, we expect to provide a useful reference for the planning study on urban ventilation corridor in other areas.
