摘要
目的探究舒适护理在腹部手术后胃肠减压的应用效果。方法：对60例腹部手术后患者进行护理，首先按照入院的先后顺序进行分组，然后对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上进行舒适护理干预，观察两组效果并比较。结果：观察组舒适度平均分比对照组高，观察组总满意率96．67％，高于对照组的76．67％；两组护理前自我感觉无明显差异，护理后差异明显，观察组均优于对照组，P〈0．05。结论：舒适护理在腹部手术后肠胃减压的应用效果良好，能有效减轻患者不适情况，同时提高患者对于护理工作的满意率，因而值得在临床中使用。
Objective To explore the application of comfortable nursing in gastrointestinal decompression after abdominal surgery. Methods： 60 cases of patients after abdominal surgery between nursing, first order grouping patients according to admission, and then to the control group using conventional .nursing, the observation group in the control group on the basis of comfortable nursing intervention, to observe the effect and compare the two groups. Results：Observatian group patients comfort score higher than the control group, the observation group of patients with total satisfaction rate 96.67% higher than that of control group 76.67%, in the observation group and control group patients feel no obvious difference before nursing, after nursing compared two groups of data found that the differences between the two groups, observation group were better than control group, P〈0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion： Comfortable nursing in gastrointestinal decompression application effect is good after abdominal surgery, patients can effectively relieve discomfort condition, raise the satisfaction of patients to nursing at the same time, thus is worth in clinical use.
