摘要
目的分析研究颈动脉硬化闭塞症的超声表现。为临床诊治提供依据。方法：回顾分析我院2014年6月-2015年1月诊断治疗的128例颈动脉硬化的临床资料，总结不同的超声图像特征。结果：128例颈部血管检查显示：软斑68例，硬斑38例，混合斑块22例。结论：超声彩色多普勒超声不仅能较为准确地判断颈部动脉斑块的形态和性质，还可判断颈动脉狭窄的程度和范围，为临床选择治疗方案提供依据。
Objective To analyze the ultrasonographic features of carotid atheroseleresis and to provide reference for clinicaldiagnosis and treatment.Methods： from January 2015 to June 2014, 128 patients with carotid atherosclerosis were analyzedretrospectively, and the characteristics of different ultrasound images were summarized.Results： 128 cases of cervical bloodvessels examination showed： 68 cases of soft plaque, 38 cases of hard plaque, mixed plaque in 22 cases.Conclusion： colorDoppler ultrasound can not only accurately determine the shape and nature of carotid artery plaque, but also can determinethe extent and scope of carotid stenosis.
