摘要 随着我国海洋工程装备、石化、高层建筑、桥梁等行业的不断发展,高强钢结构用无缝钢管不预热、不焊后热处理焊接的需求逐渐增加,攀钢集团成都钢钒有限公司根据市场需求,通过成分设计及冶炼、轧制、热处理工艺成套技术的研究,开发出经济型的低焊接裂纹敏感性高强度无缝钢管,实现批量生产的低焊接裂纹敏感性高强度无缝钢管性能满足设计和使用要求,满足用户在焊接施工过程中不预热、不焊后热处理的要求。 With the continuous development of China's marine engineering petrochemical,high-rise buildings,bridges and other industries,high strength steel structure with seamless steel tube without preheating,no heat treatment after welding welding requirements gradually increase,Pangang Group Chengdu Steel Vanadium Co.,according to market demand,developed economy and low welding crack sensitivity high strength seamless pipe,the realization of mass production and low welding crack sensitivity high strength seamless pipe performance meets the requirements of design and application,the user does not meet the heat treatment,preheating the welding process after welding is not required.
