摘要
通过采用低碳微合金化成分设计和优化的TMCP工艺,对组织进行适当调控,获得了以铁素体为主的晶粒较为细小、软硬相比例适当的组织,成功开发出S355G8+M,性能满足EN10225标准,满足了客户要求,创造了较大的经济效益。
Through a design of low carbon micro-alloy components and by optimizing TMCP process and properly adjusting the structure,obtains a material with the organization mainly of ferrite.It has finer grain,and the proportion of its hard and soft phase becomes more reasonable,so the successful steel of S355G8+M is explored.It well meets the standards of EN10225,and fulfills user's demand.
