核电站用无缝钢管WB36CNl的外折缺陷控制 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国核电站建设进程的加快,核电用无缝钢管日趋国产化,核电站常规岛蒸汽/给水回路中应用的WB36CNl无缝钢管由于钢种特性,热轧过程中易产生外折缺陷。现主要介绍该钢种在508周期轧管机组热轧过程中外折缺陷控制的难点及有效解决措施,通过三种工艺方案进行小批量试制,从而得出最终结论。 With the rapid process of nuclear power plant construction in China,more domesticmade seamless steel pipes for nuclear power have been applied.Because of the steel grade of seamless steel pipe WB36 CNl used in the conventional island steam and water loop of nuclear power plant,it is easy to cause the outer fold defects during heat rolling.This article mainly introduces difficulties and effective control measures of fold defects of this type of steel pipe during508 Pilger pipe mill process.Through three types of process plans for small batch trial,the final conclusions were made.
