摘要
目的探讨脑胶质瘤术后肺部感染患者基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)及胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)相关指标的变化情况,为脑胶质瘤手术患者肺部感染的预防控制提供参考依据。方法选取2014年4月-2015年10月医院术后肺部感染的45例脑胶质瘤患者为观察组,45例术后未发生肺部感染的患者为对照组,对比分析两组患者的血清MMP及IGF相关指标,采用SAS6.0软件进行统计分析。结果观察组的血清MMP-1、MMP-3及MMP-9水平分别为(6.12±0.46)ng/ml、(24.64±2.78)ng/ml、(161.33±15.96)μg/L,均高于对照组的(3.84±0.25)ng/ml、(13.53±1.45)ng/ml、(128.84±11.33)μg/L,血清TIMP及IGF相关指标也均高于对照组,且肺部感染较重者明显高于肺部感染较轻者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑胶质瘤术后肺部感染患者的血清MMP及IGF相关指标呈现高表达状态,且肺部感染对其表达影响较大,因此应控制脑胶质瘤患者的术后肺部感染。
OBJECTIVE To explore the changes of matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)and insulin-like growth factor(IGF)related indexes of brain glioma patients complicated with postoperative pulmonary infections so as to provide guidance for prevention and control of the pulmonary infections in the brain glioma patients.METHODS From Apr2014 to Oct 2015,totally 45 brain glioma patients complicated with postoperative pulmonary infections were assigned as the observation group,while 45 patients without postoperative pulmonary infections were set as the control group.The serum MMP and IGF related indexes were observed and compared between the two groups of patients,and the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SAS6.0software.RESULTS The level of serum MMP-1of the observation group was(6.12±0.46)ng/ml,higher than(3.84±0.25)ng/ml of the control group;the level of serum MMP-3of the observation group was(24.64±2.78)ng/ml,higher than(13.53±1.45)ng/ml of the control group;the level of serum MMP-9of the observation group was(161.33±15.96)μg/L,higher than(128.84±11.33)μg/L of the control group.The serum TIMP and IGF related indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,which were significantly higher in the patients with severe pulmonary infections than in the patients with mild pulmonary infections(P〈0.05).CONCLUSIONThe serum MMP and IGF related indexes show high expression state in the brain glioma patients complicated with postoperative pulmonary infections,and the pulmonary infections have significant impact on the expression,therefore,it is necessary to control the postoperative pulmonary infections in the brain glioma patients.
