太极拳练习对青少年体像烦恼影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用《青少年学生体像烦恼问卷》为研究工具,对湖州市某中学312名青少年学生进行前后测测试,其中239名实验组的被试接受1年的太极拳练习,以探讨太极拳练习对青少年体像烦恼的影响作用。结果发现:除性器官烦恼这一维度差异不显著外,实验组与对照组体像烦恼的后测检验差异显著;除性器官烦恼维度差异不显著外,实验组的前后测差异均显著;而对照组的前后测差异均不显著。结论:青少年处于中等的体像烦恼水平;太极拳练习能有效降低青少年的体像烦恼水平,促进青少年对体像的认知。 "Body Image Depression Questionnaire for Teenag ers" was adopted as tool, and 312 adolescents from one middle school of Huzhou city involved in the study were divided into two groups: the experiment group and the control group. To research the effect of Taichi exercise on adolescents’ body image depression,239 adolescents of the experiment group practiced Taichi for 1 year. The results were as follows: Except for the dimension of the boredom of sexual organ, significant difference was found in all dimensions of body image depression in the post test of two groups. Except for the boredom of sexual organ , there was significant difference in the pre - and post - test of experiment group. But no significant difference was observed in the pre - and post -test of control group. The study got the conclusion th at adolescents were in a mediumlevel of the body image depression. Taichi practice can reduce the level of body image depression of adolescents,and promote the cognition of body image.
