摘要 电源部分是超声导波检测系统的关键组成部分,良好的电源管理系统是保证检测系统正常工作的基础。为适应野外检测条件,实现检测系统的小型化、便携化,文中以电源管理芯片ICS1702为核心,提出了一种用于超声导波检测系统的电源管理设计方法,并设计了相关的硬件和软件部分。实验证明该电路具有控制简单,成本低的优点,实现了电源的小型化,为超声导波检测仪的便携式提供了可能。 Power supply part is a critical part of ultrasonic guided wave testing system,good power management system is the basis of guarantee the normal work of the detection system. In order to adapt to field test condition,realize the equipment miniaturization and portable detection,this article designs ICS1702 power management chip as the core,proposes a used for power management design method of ultrasonic guided wave testing system, and designs the related hardware and software part. The experiment proved that the circuit has simple control, the advantages of low cost, realizes the miniaturization of the power,for portable ultrasonic guided wave detector.
