摘要
采用不同浓度的吲哚乙酸(IAA)对新疆杨插穗进行处理,观察新疆杨扦插生根的情况。结果表明,IAA 200 mg/L处理下插穗生根最好,生根率达到86%,平均根长7.43 cm,新生枝条最长达到15.58cm。
Different concentrations of （IAA） were used to deal with the cuttings of populus bolleana, and observe the plant rooting condition. The results showed that IAA solution 200 mg/L treatment had the best rooting rate of cuttings, the rooting rate was highest, reaching 86% ; the average root length was the longest, which was 7. 43 cm, the new branch was the longest, reaching 15. 58 cm.
