摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动对提高药物指导知晓率的作用。方法通过品管圈的建立,确定以"提高药物指导知晓率"为活动主题,把握现状,设定目标,分析原因及制定对策。结果通过品管圈活动,与干预前比较,药物指导知晓率由活动前的73%提高至活动后的97%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论开展品管圈活动,能够提高药物指导知晓率,提高圈员的综合能力。
Objective To explore the role of the quality control circle activity in improving the awareness rate of drug guidance.Methods Through the establishment of quality control circle, determined to ＆quot;Guidance to improve the drug awareness＆quot; as the theme, to grasp the situation, setting goals, analyze the causes and countermeasures.Results Through the QCC activity, compared with before intervention, guiding drug awareness by activity in front of 73% increase to 97%, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion The implement of quality management circle activities, to improve the awareness rate of the guidance of drug, and can improve the comprehensive ability of the circle members.
