摘要
[目的]初步构建一套科学、客观、适用的手术室医院感染管理质量评价指标体系,为实现管理质量持续改进提供借鉴。[方法]以Donabedian的"结构-过程-结果"三维质量评价模式为理论基础,通过文献研究、小组访谈、德尔菲专家咨询等科学方法初步编制手术室医院感染管理质量评价指标体系框架,采用德尔菲专家咨询法进行两轮专家咨询确定指标及各指标权重分值,最终构建手术室医院感染管理质量评价指标体系。[结果]构建的手术室医院感染管理质量评价指标体系包括一级指标3项、二级指标9项、三级指标30项,专家咨询代表性和可信度高。[结论]构建的手术室医院感染管理质量评价指标体系具有较高的可靠性和科学性,为手术室医院感染管理质量评价提供科学、客观的依据。
Objective： To initially construct a set of scientific, objective and applicable hospital infection control quality evaluation system for operating room, so as to provide references for quality continuous improvement. Methods：Donabedian model： “ structure”,“ process” and “ outcomes” as the theoretical basis was used to build the framework of the hospital infection control quality evaluation system for operating room through literature studies,group interviews,and the Delphi method. After two rounds of expert consultation,the indexes and each indexes weight value were determined, ultimately to build the operating room of hospital infection control quality evaluation system. Results：The constructed quality evaluation system included 3 primary indicators, 9 secondary indicators, and 30 tertiary indicators, with high representation and reliability in expert advice. Conclusion： The final constructed hospital infection control quality evaluation system for operating room had high reliability and was scientific,and it provided scientific and objective basis for the hospital infection control quality evaluation for operating room.
