摘要
对实例的硬齿面渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮传动进行了传统理论设计,并基于ABAQUS软件对硬齿面渐开线直齿齿轮传动的三维模型做了静力分析,得到其接触应力图和等效应力图。将有限元软件的分析结果与传统理论设计计算结果相比较,明确了硬齿面齿轮传动的失效形式,提出了一种优化思想。
The traditional theoretic design is made for the hard-tooth involute straight-tooth cylindrical gearing and static analysis is performed for the 3D model of the hard-tooth involute straight-tooth cylindrical gearing in ABAQUS to get the contact stress diagram and the equivalent stress diagram. The calculation result of the finite element software is compared with that of traditional theoretic design to identify the failure type of the hard-tooth gearing transmission And propose an optimal concept.
