摘要
针对正在修建的渝怀铁路二线特长隧道施工通风技术难题,运用现场调查、理论分析、最优化等方法,对新郁山隧道空间展布、施工通风系统布置原则以及通风系统总体布局进行了分析,进而对通风所需风量、漏风、通风压力及其阻力进行了计算,提出了较为合理的通风方案及参数,并据此选择了可靠的风机和风管设备。工程实践表明,按确定的通风方案及风机配置能够满足空间布置复杂特长铁路隧道施工通风要求,可以保证施工人员安全和设备功效,也可为今后类似工程提供参考。
For solving the ventilation technology problem of the super-long tunnel being constructed in Yuhuai railway,the tunnel space distribution, layout principle of construction ventilation system and ventilation system overall layout of Xinyushan tunnel were analyzed by using site investigation,theoretical analysis and optimization method,the required air volume,air leakage,v entilation pressure and resistance for ventilation were calculated,and more reasonable ventilation scheme and parameters were put forward,by which the reliable ventilator and wind pipe equipment were selected. Engineering practice showed that the determined ventilation scheme and ventilator configuration could meet ventilation requirements of super-long railway tunnel construction with complex space layout and could ensure the construction personnel safety and equipment effectiveness,which could provide a reference for similar projects in the future.
