摘要
目的:观察补肺颗粒对哮喘缓解期患者生活质量的影响。方法:将24例缓解期支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组16例和对照组8例。治疗组采用补肺颗粒治疗,对照组给予安慰剂治疗,每次口服2袋,每日2次,30天为1个疗程。观察治疗前后哮喘控制测试表(ACT)、成人哮喘生命质量评分表、圣·乔治医院呼吸问题调查问卷(SGRQ)的积分情况变化。结果:治疗后治疗组ACT积分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后活动受限、回避刺激物、心理情绪、对疾病的担心积分均较治疗前下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组成人哮喘生命质量评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。活动受限、疾病影响:治疗组治疗后积分较治疗前下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后SGRQ积分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:补肺颗粒可以提高哮喘的控制水平,从而提高患者的生活质量,主要表现在改善患者的活动受限程度、心理情绪和对疾病的担心等方面。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Lung-Tonifying Particles on patients with asthma at remission stage.Methods： Twenty-four patients with bronchial asthma at remission stage were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 16 and 8 cases respectively in each group. The ones in the treatment group were given Lung-Tonifying Particles for treatment,while the ones in the control group were only given placebo,2 bags each time,and twice a day,and 30 days were regarded as one course. Then asthma control test table（ ACT）,adult asthma life quality score table,St. George Hospital respiratory problems questionnaire（ SGRQ） score changes before and after the treatment were observed. Results： After the treatment,ACT score of the treatment group was much higher than that of the control group,And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,scores of limited activities,avoiding irritant,psychological feelings,fear of disease of the treatment group reduced than those before the treatment; And all the differences between them had significance（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the adult asthma life quality score of the treatment group was much lower than that of the control group; And the difference between them had significance（ P〈0. 01）. SGRQ showed that limited activities,disease influence score of the treatment group decreased,and all the differences between them had significance（ P〈0. 01）. After the treatment,SGRQ scores of the treatment group were all lower than those of the control group; And the differences between them had significance（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Lung-Tonifying Particles can improve controlling asthma level,enhance the quality of life of the patients mainly marked by improving degree of limited activities,psychological feelings,fear of disease,etc.
