摘要 胎面胶的摩擦磨损、抗湿滑性和滚动阻力是轮胎使用过程中的3项最基本性能,由于3者之间存在着严重的相互制约关系,因此,在胎面胶设计开发过程中,同时提高这3项性能仍然面临着巨大的挑战。综述了填充型胎面胶摩擦磨损、抗湿滑和滚动阻力性能方面的研究进展和产生机理,重点分析了填充剂种类和母胶类型等因素对胎面胶摩擦磨损、抗湿滑和滚动阻力性能方面的影响。提出胎面胶摩擦磨损、抗湿滑和滚动阻力3者之间平衡调控的切入点及未来的研究趋势。 Friction and wear property,wet skid resistance and rolling resistance arc the three most basic properties for tire tread.However,because of the constrained relationship among the three properties,it is still a huge challenge in improving the three properties simultaneously in the process of designing and fabricating of the tire rubber composites.In the paper,the progress and mechanism of the friction and wear property,wet skid resistance and rolling resistance for the filled tire rubber were reviewed.Moreover,the effects of the kinds of fillers and raw tread on the above three properties were mainly analyzed.Finally,the method and the specification of the balance control among the friction and wear property,wet skid resistance and rolling resistance as well as the future research trend were proposed.
