摘要
浓硫酸乙炔清净工艺以其突出的节水性能,以及电石渣含氯低,而在氯碱企业得到日益广泛的应用,但同时硫酸清净也带来一系列问题。对硫酸清净工艺运行过程中的问题进行综合分析并提出了处理措施,介绍了几种废硫酸的回收利用工艺。
Because the purification process of acetylene with concentrated sulphuric acid has good water saving performance, and low chlorine content in calcium carbide slag, it has been widely used in chlor-alkali enterprises. But the process also brings a lot of problems. In this paper, the problems in the process of purifying acetylene by sulfuric acid were comprehensively analyzed, and treatment measures were put forward, and several recovery and utilization methods of waste sulfuric acid were introduced.
