摘要
目的:对洛阳市2005-2015年艾滋病扩大检测资料进行分析评价,为科学防控提供依据。方法:通过网络直报和日常工作,收集艾滋病疫情和检测资料,进行描述性流行病学分析。结果:从2005-2015年,洛阳市逐步建立了艾滋病检测网络,累计有55家医疗卫生单位报告了HIV/AIDS 1051例,疾控中心报告(64.80%)和医疗机构报告(32.16%)比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.659,P<0.05)。累计检测艾滋病3 729 370人次,各类机构、人群检测量逐年增加,检测以医疗机构为主(62.53%),但检出率以疾控中心最高为9.20/万人次,与医疗机构的2.19/万人次比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=970.46,P<0.01);在医疗机构内部,性病门诊和检测咨询人群检出率明显高出其他人群,分别为36.09/万人次和33.59/万人次。结论:在艾滋病低发区的洛阳市,应采取扩大检测和精准检测相结合的防控策略,积极推广由医务人员主动提供的HIV检测(PITC)。
Objective： To analysis and evaluate the scaling-up HIV testing date from 2005 to 2015 and provide scientific basis for AIDS prevention and control.Method： Through the network direct reporting and daily work, the AIDS epidemic situation and the detection data were collected, the descriptive epidemiology analysis was carried on.Result： From 2005 to 2015, Luoyang city had gradually established a network of AIDS testing, 1051 HIV/AIDS cases were reported in 55 units, CDC reported （ 64.80% ） and medical institutions （ 32.16% ） compared the differences were statistically significant （ t--2.659, P〈0.05 ） .The total number of AIDS detection were 3 729 370 people, the amount of the detection of all kinds of institutions and people increased year by year, the mainly detection was medical institution （ 62.53% ）, the highest detection rate was CDC with 9.20/million people, there were significant differences in the 2.19/million people of the medical institutions （ x^2=970.46, P〈0.01 ） .Within the medical institution, the detection rate of STD clinic and counseling population were significantly higher than other groups, respectively 36.09/million people and 33.59/million people. Conclusion ： Luoyang city in the low incidence area of AIDS, should be taken to expand detection and precision detection in the combination of prevention and control strategies, and actively promote provider-initiated HIV testing and counseling （ PITC ） .
