摘要
临床思维能力和实践能力培养是医学生实习阶段的主要目标。在神经病学实习中,传统的教学方法较难取得很好的效果。角色扮演教学法是一种引导学生主动学习并能提高学习者的临床综合素质的教学方法。笔者所在医院在神经病学实习教学中开展了该教学法的应用,教学实施过程包括课前设计、角色扮演、表演后评估、教师总结等步骤。通过角色扮演法的实施,能够很大程度提高学生的学习兴趣和积极性,锻炼学生的临床思维能力和基本技能,同时培养医患沟通的技巧与能力。
The ability of clinical thinking and practice are the main purpose of the medical students in internship period.Nowadays, the traditional teaching method can not achieve enough better results to the students in the neurelogic internship.Role-playing method is a kind of new teaching method which can conduct the students to study actively and improve the comprehensive clinical quality of students.We have used this teaching method in internship teaching of neurology in our hospital.The procedure of this teaching method include pre-elass design, role-playing, post-class evaluation and teacher's summary.The good role-playing teaching method may increase the interest and activeness in learning and train students' ability of clinical thinking and basic skills, also can improve the skill and ability of communication between doctors and patients.
