摘要
建立了能量色散X射线荧光法快速测定塑胶玩具中铅含量的分析方法,确定最佳检测条件。分析实际应用中的干扰影响,并提出应对措施。在该实验条件下,测量值与参考值在100 mg/kg时的标准差为11 mg/kg,符合实验室快速检测塑胶玩具铅含量的要求。
An energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence method was established for the determination of lead content in plastic toys and the optimal detection conditions were determined. Analysed the impact of interference in the actual application,and present the relevant measures. Under the experimental conditions,the deviation of measured value between reference value in 100 mg/kg is 11 mg/kg,which meets the requirements of the laboratory for the rapid detection of lead content in plastic toys.
