摘要
采用高效液相色谱—四极杆飞行时间质谱技术对小分子量羟基硅油进行了组分分析.以C8柱作为色谱分离柱,采用甲醇-水流动相体系进行梯度淋洗,实现了羟基硅油中各个组分的完全分离,共检测出17个组分,并结合高分辨质谱所提供的精确分子量信息,确定了各组分的分子式.同时,对久置的羟基硅油甲醇溶液进行液质分析,共检测出40个组分,其中2个系列组分为羟基硅油与甲醇反应生成的产物.
In this work, low molecular weight hydroxyl silicone oil was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography in combination with electrospray ionization quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (HPLC-Q-TOF MS). Seventeen components were well separated by gradient elution with the methanol-water system on a C8 column, and identified by accurate mass analysis. Furthermore, forty components were detected in the corresponding aging methanol solution, which included two series of products, originating from the reaction of hydroxyl silicone oil with methanol.
