摘要
以100余家已开业的大型商业建筑作为能耗管理实证案例,介绍了一种适用于我国大型商业建筑的能耗定额计算模型和管理方法。模型以大型商业建筑实际能耗数据为基础,结合统计分析方法计算能耗定额基准值,并引入了能耗定额修正系数的概念,从气象参数、客流量、商业业态分布、营业时间和设计效率5个方面对能耗定额基准值进行修正,从而得出能耗定额约束值。结合模拟分析方法论证了建筑能耗定额最优值,以科学地对商业建筑的能耗水平和节能潜力进行评估。该方法已在2016年的能耗预算管理中得到了初步验证和应用,为我国商业建筑能耗定额管理提供了一种思路。
Taking more than 100 opened large commercial buildings as energy management demonstration cases, presents a suitable methodology of energy consumption quota model and empirical management for commercial buildings in China. Based on the real energy consumption data of large commercial buildings, combining with statistical analysis method, the model can be used to calculate the energy consumption benchmark. In the model, introduces the energy consumption correction coefficient to adjust energy consumption quota, which considers weather, occupancy, business layout, operation schedule and design efficiency. Combining with simulation analysis, demonstrates the optimal energy consumption of a typical commercial building, so as to evaluate the energy consumption level and energy saving potential of commercial buildings. The energy consumption quota model has been validated in the energy budget management of 2016, providing an idea for the energy consumption quota management of commercial buildings in China.
