摘要
利用有限元法对压缩机机体的结构模态进行仿真分析,得到了结构的固有频率和振型。而后,以螺旋弹簧支撑被测结构,利用LMS Test.Lab软件对其进行模态测试分析。经验证,计算仿真结果与试验结果有较好的吻合性,验证了仿真分析模型的准确性,也为压缩机频率响应分析提供了可靠的有限元模型,证明了基于螺旋支撑的模态测试方法合理可行。
The finite element method was used to study the model of a reciprocating compressor structure. It was got the natural fre-quency and vibration type of the structure. And then the structure was supported by a spring, the model data of the structure was tested by the LMS Test Lab. The model data of these two methods was quietly matched. It verified the accuracy of simulation analy-sis model and also provided reliable finite element model for compressor response analysis. It proved to be reasonable and possible of the modal test method based on the spring support structure.
