某对称平衡型往复压缩机机体振动模态研究

摘要 从数值模拟和试验两方面,研究了对称平衡往复压缩机机体振动模态。建立了压缩机机体模态分析有限元模型,针对机体螺栓连接处理,对比分析了采用绑定和接触两种方法处理时机体振动模态;通过预试验分析和模态试验,测得了机体振动前3阶固有频率及振型。试验结果表明:通过优化选取激励点和响应点,使用锤击法可准确获得压缩机机体振动模态及振型。试验与数值计算结果的对比表明,有限元分析压缩机机体振动模态时,螺栓连接按接触处理更准确。 A balanced-opposed reciprocating compressor body vibration mode was studied using numerical simulation and experimental method. The finite element model of compressor body was established, and the natural frequencies together with the mode shape were obtained. As the contact stiffness of the bolt connection was calculated, the bonded method and contact analysis method were com-pared. Pretest analysis and the modal test were carried out, and the first three order natural frequencies and vibration modes were ob-tained. The test results indicated that assisted by pretest analysis, the modes of the compressor could be achieved by using the ham-mering method. Compared with the test data, it indicated that the modal analysis based on the contact analysis method was more accurate.
