呼出气一氧化氮对支气管哮喘的诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价呼出气一氧化氮(Fe NO)对不同呼吸系统疾病的诊断价值及哮喘患者中Fe NO与支气管舒张试验的相关性。方法:选择呼吸系统疾病患者共200人,同时检测Fe NO值、基础肺功能及支气管舒张试验。结果:1支气管哮喘Fe NO值明显高于其他呼吸系统疾病Fe NO值;2哮喘患者中支气管舒张试验阳性组Fe NO值高于支气管舒张试验阴性组;3哮喘患者中支气管舒张试验阳性组Fe NO≥50ppb占56.1%;支气管舒张试验阴性组Fe NO≥50ppb占36.8%。结论:Fe NO是诊断支气管哮喘可靠的检测方法之一;哮喘患者中Fe NO值与支气管舒张试验结果存在一定的相关性。 Objective To evaluate the fractinal exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) in the diagnosis of different respiratory diseases and to investigate its relationship with bronchial dilation test in patients with asthma. Method 200 patients with different respiratory diseases were selected in this study, and their FeNO and basic lung function were measured. Bronchial dilation test was also performed in all patients. Results (1)The level of FeNO was significantly higher in patients with asthma than in other respiratory disea- ses;(2)The FeNO values of the bronchial dilation test positive group were higher than that of the negative group; (3)There were 56. 1% of the patients with FeNO higher than or equal with 50 ppb in asthma patients through positive bronchial dilation test. In the negative bronchial dilation test, there was 36. 8% of the patients with FeNO lower than 50 ppb. Conclusion FeNO is a reliable method for diagnosis of bronchial asthma. FeNO values in patients with asthma have some correlation with the results of bronchial dilation test.
