摘要
本文通过研究承担河南省教师培训的管理者、培训教师和参训教师的培训质量观,分析中小学教师培训质量的构成要素,找出影响教师培训质量的主要因素。针对影响因素提出保障河南省中小学教师培训质量的建议,为河南省下一步开展中小学教师培训,提升教师培训质量奠定基础。
The present study polls stakeholders participating in teachers training program held in Henan Province, including managers, trainers and trainees on their view of training quality, and analyzes constituents comprising training quality and influential factors. The study puts forward some proposals to further training of this kind and enhance its quality.
