摘要
以液体乳为试验材料,建立了液相色谱串联质谱法测定液体乳中雌二醇含量。样品经Qu ECh ERS净化后,利用液相色谱串联质谱仪在多反应监测模式下检测液体乳中雌二醇含量。结果表明院本方法在0.4~10.0滋g/L范围内线性良好,线性相关系数为0.997,检出限为1.0滋g/kg,本方法在5滋g/kg添加范围浓度内,用空白添加标准校正,其平均回收率为87.9%。该方法比国标方法前处理过程简便快捷、回收率高,适合实验室大批量检测液体乳中雌二醇含量。
The method using of HPLC-ESI-MS/MS for the analysis of estradiol in liquid dairy products has been developed. The liquid dairy samples were cleaned up by QuEChERS and then determined by HPLC-MS/MS.Separated analytes were determined using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM).The method showed good linear correlation in the range of 0.4-10.0 μg/L for estradiol,the linear correlation coefficient is 0.997,the quantitation limit was 1.0 μg/kg. This method within the add scope concentration of 5 μg/kg,with a blank to add standard calibration,the average recoveries of estradiol were 87.9%.This method showed advantages in both accuracy and sensitivity,and is suitable for determination of estradiol in liquid dairy products.
