摘要
目的:探讨饮食自理干预对糖尿病患者血糖、血脂及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2型糖尿病患者50例,以随机抽样方法分为对照组(25例)和观察组(25例),分别采用常规饮食干预和在此基础上加用饮食自理干预;比较两组患者干预前后血糖、血脂指标及GQO-LI评分。结果:观察组患者治疗后血糖指标水平均明显低于对照组、治疗前(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后血脂水平均显著优于对照组、治疗前(P<0.05);同时观察组患者干预后GQO-LI评分显著高于对照组、干预前(P<0.05)。结论:饮食自理干预用于糖尿病患者可有效调节血糖和血脂指标,改善日常生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of dietary self-nursing intervention on blood glucose,blood lipid and quality of life in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:50 patients with diabetes mellitus were chosen and randomly divided into two groups including control group(25 patients) with conventional dietary intervention and intervention group(25 patients) with dietary self-nursing intervention on the basis of control group;and the blood glucose,blood lipid and GQO-LI score before and after intervention of both groups were compared.Results:The level of blood glucose after intervention of intervention group was significant better than control group and before intervention(P〈0.05).The levels of blood lipid after intervention of intervention group were significant better than control group and before intervention(P〈0.05).The GQO-LI score after intervention of intervention group was significant better than control group and before intervention(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Dietary self-nursing intervention on patients with diab etes mellitus can efficiently regulate blood glucose and blood lipid and improve the quality of daily life.
