摘要
选取山西省26家沪深两市上市公司为研究对象,从制度保障能力、研发投入能力、制造与营销能力和创新产出能力这4个方面进行评价指标体系的构建。采用SPSS软件对初始评价指标进行相关性分析,最终确定15个评价指标,对传统熵值法进行了改进,并用改进的熵值法与TOPSIS法相结合,最终得出各上市公司相对贴近度及排名。在此基础上,对山西上市公司技术创新能力进行综合评价,为企业内部管理者和外部投资者提供有效信息。
The article selected 26 listed companies in Shanxi province,listing in Shenzhen and Shanghai Stock Exchange. Based on the data from 2012 to 2014,we built an evaluation index system from four aspects,including the ability of institutional guarantee,RD ability,manufacturing and marketing ability and the innovation output capacity. Correlation analysis with SPSS software was carried out to filter the initial evaluation index,and finally 15 index were confirmed. The article improved the traditional entropy method,and combined it with TOPSIS method.Based on it,we drew a conclusion about the relative degree and final ranking of listed companies. At the end,we made a comprehensive evaluation about technical innovation ability of Shanxi listed companies,providing effective information for the companies managers and investors.
