摘要
以天然橡胶(NR)和低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为基本材料,采用动态和静态硫化法在开炼机上分别制备了NR/LDPE共混物。通过万能材料试验机、扫描电镜及差示扫描量热仪对比研究了动态硫化和静态硫化NR/LDPE共混物的力学性能、相态分布和结晶情况等,并探究了硫磺用量、橡塑比和不同混合工艺对动态硫化NR/LDPE热塑性弹性体性能的影响。结果表明,对于动态硫化NR/LDPE热塑性弹性体,当共混体系中硫磺的质量分数为2.5%时,热塑性弹性体的力学性能和重复加工性能较好;当橡塑比为50/50时,热塑性弹性体的综合性能较佳。并且,母胶法制备的热塑性弹性体较橡塑预混法的力学性能更优异。
With natural rubber (NR) and low density polyethylene (LDPE) as the basic materials, NR/LDPE blends were prepared with open smelting machine by dynamic and static vulcanization technology, respectively. The mechanical properties, phase morphology and crystallization behavior of the two kinds of NR/LDPE blends were investigated comparatively by universal material testing machine, scanning electron microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry techniques, respectively. In addition, the sulfur content, ratio of rubber and plastics, and different mixing process on the properties of NR/ LDPE thermoplastic elastomer prepared by dynamic vulcanization technology were also explored. The results showed that for NR/LDPE thermoplastic elastomer prepared by dynamic vulcanization when the mass fraction of sulfur as cross-linking agent is 2.5 -, the mechanical properties, and repeated process- ing performance of the blend are the best; and when the ratio of rubber and plastics for NR/LDPE ther- moplastic elastomer is 50/50, the comprehensive performance of the blends is better. Moreover, the mechanical properties for NR/LDPE thermoplastic elastomer obtained by masterbatch method are much better than that of rubber premix technique.
