摘要
以Laval喷管为例分析了真实气体模型对流场计算的影响,认为真实气体模型对应的流场温度较低、排量较大。基于真实气体模型对某型安全阀不同开度下的流场进行了数值计算,获得了安全阀排量和阀瓣上升力随开高的变化规律。
The influence of real gas model on flow characteristics was analyzed through a Laval nozzle model, it turned out that the temperature of flow field is lower and the flow rate is larger by using the real gas model. The flow characteristics of a safety valve with various opening clearances was numerically studied based on the real gas model. The change pattern of opening clearances on the of flow rate safety valve and the rising force of valve clack were obtained.
