摘要 微网的经济、稳定运行依靠能量协调系统,微网运行的安全性和可靠性要靠微网运行决策支持系统来保证。微网运行一旦发生故障,要求系统能够快速进行故障诊断和故障恢复,避免因故障问题给微网运行带来重大损失。结合微网的安全、可靠、经济运行需要解决的问题,本文设计了基于多智能体技术的微网运行决策支持系统功能框架,并借助JADE平台搭建决策支持系统软件框架。它能够在微网正常运行状态时,决策出微网的经济运行方式,并给出经济评估报告;在微网发生故障时,设计的结合专家系统的故障诊断智能体能够准确、快速进行故障诊断和分析,故障恢复智能体则实现故障快速恢复;最后以算例形式验证了微网运行决策支持系统中故障诊断智能体的功能。 Energy coordination is used to ensure economic and stable operation in micro-grid. The safety, economic and reliability operation in micro-grid depend on the decision support system(DSS). Once the micro-grid occurred fault, the decision support system can diagnose fault and recover quickly, to avoid great losses due to fault in micro-grid operation. Combined the problems to be solved such as security, stability, and economic operation of micro-grid, the structure of decision support system based on multi-agent is designed in the paper and with the assitance of JADE platform building the software framework. The DSS of micro-grid operation can make out economic operation way when micro-grid in normal operation condition, and give economic assessment. When failures happen in micro-grid, the fault diagnosis agent combined with expert system can analysis the fault accurately and quickly. Then, failures recovery agent can recover the failure. Lastly, the DSS making process decision in network failure in the form of a numerical example is expounds.
